What is professional coaching?

Professional coaching helps you make bold changes in your life that are tough to achieve on your own. Coaching is not therapy, and it goes far beyond a friendly chat session. Hiring a coach does not mean you are incapable of progressing on your own. It means you see the value of partnering with an expert, with an outsider’s perspective, to make high-value change.

Our sessions will be twice per month over Zoom. There will be times in our sessions when I push you to take action and get to work. Other times I might encourage you to slow down, explore your vulnerability, and listen to the still, small voice inside you. Between sessions, we will agree on action steps for you to take and journaling for you to do, so be ready to commit at least two hours per week to this work. The real work happens between sessions, where you make concrete changes in your life.

Clients start by taking small concrete actions, then they’re ready to commit to even bigger changes. That’s the drumbeat of transformation.
